How to replace touch screen and display

I have not repaired one of these, but it looks to be similar to a Galaxy SIII, so maybe use it as a guide.

Just remove the screws from the back, and take the back cover off.

Disconnect the LCD and Digitiser cables if possible.

Lightly heat the front glass, and slide a plastic thin tool (Guitar Pick) around the edges, slowly moving deeper as the screen begins to lift. Once it is off, you should find the LCD should fall out as well.

Clean the glue off, and you should now be able to Install the new LCD and Digitiser. Make sure to remove and protective films from the LCD, and from the inside of the digitiser.

Tape the Digitiser down with provided adhesive and attach any connectors.

Screw the back cover on.
