After brewing a couple of cups, I get a message that says "Prime" the machine will not work unless I unplug and re-plug. What do I need to do to keep that from coming up?

James young it is possible that you get the Prime message because the water does not drain from the reservoir. Your reservoir has a filter in the bottom which may be dirty, or your needles are clogged. there could be debris clogging the needle. Use this guide How to open and clean Keurig Coffee Maker to work on that. Let us know what you find after.
