I'm not a very guru in emails. But one of my friends on work has an issue with messages. She is using MS Outlook 2016. Hers letters were disappeared from Inbox. We don't know what to undertake.

Have you checked to see if they are in the Deleted Items folder?
If they are then this link may be of some relevance

Hi,make sure your settings are not causing the issue and yes,check deleated files

If your friend is unable to find the emails in the deleted folder, then take the help from Microsoft support.
