Have you found an answer? Mine has always been like yours and I can't find a way to make it work at all

I have the stylo 4 and all of a sudden it wouldn't capture the screen any more. I kept getting a pink screen in the memo format. I had been fooling around and changed something. Just didn't know exactly what. Finally figured it out. At the top right hand corner u can change the paper if you press the 3 dots for more settings. Press paper style. Then choose the one that isn't a blank page. It worked for me, hopefully for you too.

Thank you so much!!! I had this happen to me too - I was trying to figure out how to write on a picture (to sign a form) and must have changed it not knowing what that was. Then when I tried screen shotting, it wouldn't work anymore! Thanks so much for the tip!

Your need to take a screen shot, either with the capture+ or power button. Aftewards you'll see 3 doors at the top right of your screen. Tap the dots and select paper style. Select the option with the picture, not the blank paper. This will allow you to write on your screen shot.

Android has a built in screen capture capability.

Hold Vol Down + Power at the exact same time and it will take screenshots.

I can take a screenshot that way but the capture plus feature is supposed to let you take a screenshot and then write on it. I've yet to find a way to do this. My capture plus screen does exactly as described by the person who asked the original question here and always has since I got the phone

Oh I forgot, press the little lock down in the left hand corner so that it looks unlocked. That should unlock it. Good luck.
