Why is my car rpms fluttering in between 1000 and 1500

I have a 2008 bmw 335i and it is fluttering from 1000 rpm to 1500 rpm

It started after I attempted to clean my intake valves.

Before the valve cleaning I replaced spark plugs ignition coils and fuel injectors
