Why is my phone unable to charge a battery.

my phone shows charging notification when connected to a charger but the batery runs out and the phone turns off.

i have replaced the battery but the problem is still there.

Have you tried using another charging cable and/ or power brick?

i have tried different chargers and power bricks but the does not show any sign of charging or turning on at all
