How to make more sensitive
Can't find a way to turn up sensitivity up.I have to repeatedly touch screen

Go to Settings > Language and Input > Pointer Speed and adjust to suit.

Just tried this on my new unbranded android 10.1 tablet. I was having to touch the screen 2 (or 3, 4, 5) times to make it respond. After increasing pointer speed to its' fasting setting, it works perfectly! I never would have thought to adjust the pointer speed. Thanks!!!
