Unfortunately I cannot find a free service manual online which would help to diagnose your problem.
I did find a link to the service manual for your receiver, that is relatively inexpensive and may help you to find the problem.
Searching online regarding your problem indicated that it may possibly be a dry joint in the PSU as the SR 7001 seem to suffer from this problem. There was nothing specific as to what was not soldered correctly in the PSU
