I'm not sure if you can fix a knife. Especially the tip, the knives are too thin to use crazy glue or something like that and I'm not even sure if it would be safe to put crazy glue on something you eat with. You also can't use it's not strong enough.

No - there isn't any way to re-bond the ceramic material, especially in the tiny surface area of the fracture. Continue to use if you can or -sadly- discard and replace it.
