No sound when I switch to HDMI 2

I always have trouble when I switch from hdmi 1 to hdmi 2. If I don’t make sure to switch to hdmi 2 and then turn on the Blu-ray player, the sound won’t work. But as of last night, the sound won’t work at all when the Blu-ray player is on.

So if you plug the Blu-ray player into HDMI 1 does it work fine?
