@cps appears as if your smart TV cannot access it's firmware. Check on here about the downloading and installing of the firmware.

I can not get to an input source to check for updates.

The TV software update guide provided in the link by @oldturkey03 describes that you can download, using a PC etc, the appropriate update file (it is a very big file - 353MB zipped file) to a USB flashdrive which is then inserted into the TV's USB port.
Upon turning on the TV it should automatically check the USB port for an update file with the correct identity.
BE SURE THAT YOU HAVE THE CORRECT FILE FOR YOUR MODEL TV AS THE WRONG FILE CAN BRICK THE TV.
Loading of the software should then be able to be started and hopefully get the TV functioning again.
