Black Tape Torn on Digitizer - Amazon Fire 7" 2015 Edition

Attempting to replace the motherboard on an Amazon Fire 7" 2015 model. I did not remove the digitizer before removing the motherboard (as instructions say I should do). I tore the black tape in order to release the motherboard. Am I now going to have to replace the digitizer? Or is everything ok,

Block Image

You can see the digitizer is still attached to the motherboard. You can also see the black tape that was torn holding it.

Thank you!

@terdallaujar not sure which black tape you tore. Post some images of your damage with your question so we can see what you see. Use this guide Adding images to an existing question for that. For as long as you did not tear the ribbon cable you should be ok, but we need to see the damage to make that determination.
