Sony Casette Deck Heads won’t turn

I’ve just bought a Sony TC—wr445 casette deck and it won’t turn the tape, when I try to play it makes clicking sounds, belts are all in tact

@jonp123 you have to try and isolate the area where the clicking noise is coming from and let us know. This should help with the disassembly
