The Fitbit Alta smart wearable by Fitbit was released in 2016. It features a tap-activated display screen that is slightly smaller and thinner than comparable models.

Why is my screen showing an exclamation point?

I googled this question and it says my battery is dead therefore my Fitbit is broken? Is there any way I can pay for a replacement battery rather than an entirely new Fitbit?

katie sclafani if it is an Alta then it should still be covered under warranty. If it is not an Alta you have to give us more information about your model.

Hi. I have the same problem. I have a fitbit Charge 2. It got wet and I think the water damaged the battery. Any options to buy just a new battery?
