Disable the error message "Unable to activate Touch ID"
I am fully aware that replacing the home button disables touch ID, as is my client. As they ripped the home button out of the device, they have no choice. I have done the replacement and all they want is for me to disabled the error message as it keeps popping up. Touch ID is disabled on the phone, but the error message lingers.
Can I turn off this error message pop up?

Still no answer to this. It's just the message that I want to get rid of. I don't use touch id so don't want it fixed but the error message it's extremely annoying. Surely there must be a way off getting rid of it. Any ideas appreciated

You have to bring it to apple after various internet searches because Touch id not matching with iPhone will not allow the iphone to function.

If you want to retain touch id it'd have to be transferred from original screen but it you don't (lets face it it's a gimmick) you shouldn't have to put up with the error message all the time.
