How to re-enter after hard reset

I wanted to change my password for the device and followed the instructions for the hard reset. Now I can turn on the device, and I get to the screen asking for the language. Once I have selected that, I see a Wi-Fi screen, but there's no provision for setting up again; I can't go any farther. Please help!
