USB ports and bluetooth dead

Hello. All of a sudden all 4 my usb ports and bluetooth stopped working on my Acer V3-772g. After trying like anything ( from driver reinstalling to cmos reseting, windows reinstalling ...) I came up to a conclusion that my usb ports are giving power, and data works too, but not both at the same time. I mean, I can connect cooling pad, it would work on all ports. Its a little tricky, but I can also connect USB flash drive, at first, after plugging in it would disappear as faulty in device manager, but all I have to do is Disable and Reenable it, and it would work. I tried to use wifi adapter, which worked too. Another problem is that there is always 1 "Unknown USB device" in the list, even if i uninstall it, it would appear right back. I had an idea that its faulty Bluetooth adapter that is causing this trouble, so I tried to remove it, the problem wasnt resolved.

Any ideas???

Your cooling pad might be drawing too much power.
