My phone keeps saying it has errors!

My phone said that it has errors and the Samsung green Andriod pops out and tells me no commend. I tried to restart my phone, delete all my cache and factory reset it but still no avail. Later on I see that people said something about Custom OS. What could it do to my phone ? HELP!! My phone can still be on when i charge it , but it always stays in the 'SAMSUNG' page and it never moves.

Which model do you have? GT-N5100, GT-N5110, or GT-N5120? Did you ever root or install a custom OS on this phone? Is this for a specific phone carrier?

Does it say in the recovery green android logo menu:

- Unable to mount /data partition

- Unable to mount /system partition?

Chances are the android firmware on the phone has become corrupted including the system and data partition meaning firstly the firmware needs to be reflashed on the phone and if needed, a wipe data / factory reset is needed as well to get the Samsung Galaxy Note back to working condition.
