TueTech Clock Radio has none of its top buttons working!

A friend of mine asked for me to try and repair his TruTech Clock Radio with CD player.

I think it is a bad board, but I haven't got that far because I can't seem to get the case all the way off. Does anyone have information that would help me get inside?

I assume you've removed all screws/hardware potentially holding the chassis together at this point. Next I would begin lightly prying with a plastic spudger near the outlying edges in order to see what kind of fastening plastic molding you can see.
