Replacing the back glass on iPhone 8/8+
Has anyone done this yet?
All I've seen is that's it's very difficult, and expensive?
From pictures, I gather you don't need to tear the phone down, but endure the very well stuck down glass?

pop screen out take battery out get can freezer to keep main board cool and use miniature burner and peel glass of 20 mil a time bit by bit so it never get hot glass came of easy (put 3 screws in triangle in peace wood to hold phone from moving so use both hands ) toke about hour rub down back nice smooth

there is a store here in Indianapolis called IrepairMobileIndy in 79 and Michigan have the equipment to replace the backs of the iPhone 8 up.

just heat er up if you have some use some adhesive remover . use a plastic razor blade especially when you get close to the charging Qi there are openings there where a metal one can do real damage
