In my Imac the little cable is missing between the microphone and the 3-pin connector. The cables in the connector are: gray-white, brown-white, black. Can anybody help me witch 2 cables do I have to use to the internal microphone?

You can use an external microphone. You might want to check to see if it's just disconnected. See steps 6 & 7 of this guide: iMac Intel 17" Camera Board Replacement

I have this cable what yout have linked, and I have the microphone. I just need the pinout the little cable between this cable and the microphone.
I haven't been able to find a pin out on the microphone, there just no call for it. I'd just wire it up and test it. I don't think there much of a chance of harming anything. I'd start with the black as ground.
