Lets do a few things here... First download this gem of an app! CoconutBattery what you want to do is take a screenshot of the main screen so we can see whats happening too, paste the file following this guide: Adding images to an existing question.

In the mean time lets reset SMC following this Apple T/N: How to reset the System Management Controller (SMC) on your Mac.

Update (10/14/2017)

Lets pop off the bottom cover and do an inspection do you see any discoloring on the logic board (corrosion)? If the system looks a little dusty I would recommend using a soft paintbrush lightly wipe the surfaces and use a can of can'ed air to blow the dust out.

I would also do an inspection of the battery connector. See if you can unplug the connector and replug in. Sometimes the contacts need to be reseated. Here's the IFIXIT guide you'll end to follow: MacBook Air 13" Early 2015 Battery Replacement. You only need to go to Step3.

When you say the system turns off, is the white light on the front of the system throbbing on and off?

@figueroa - Any luck in getting the CoconutBattery app installed so we can check the battery? Its starting to look like your battery is worn-out.

I've downloaded the app. It says nothing about my battery being bad though.

Possible that the battery running out, causing it to shut down. Or does it just power off randomly? Also make sure that it isn't just sleeping, sometimes it can take a moment to wake up.

Yeah it just turns off randomly on 100% (I keep it plugged in so it doesnt turn off). It takes a few minutes then it turns off or just right after I open it.

It drains a lot faster as well. Goes from 100% to 96% in a span of 5 minutes.
