Is my vacuum supposed to be on fire?
My vacuum cleaner is currently on fire and I think something may be wrong.
What can I do to put out the flames? Will the stain still be there?

Hi Anthony,
First, please put the fire out with an extinguisher, unplug it and douse the flame with water, or remove it from the house outside where it cannot spread.
If the stain is caused by the fire there is a good chance that it will be permanent. Please upload a picture for further help.

Thank you Blake Klein! You have been a huge help!
The stain was caused my dog urine. Luckily the fire didn't make the stain worse.

Will the bissell be useable or will I have to buy a new carpet cleaner?
