You can but it is highly suggested that you go with the higher 90% which an be found at most pharmacies.

@appelboom @blakeklein is absolutely right. Remember that it contains

63.4% Ethyl Alcohol

3.2% Methyl Alcohol

3.4% Isopropyl Alcohol

and 30% Water

Not a great mix for proper cleaning. Stick with a high percentage (90%+) isopropyl alcohol.
