It is possible that your board has multiple destroyed components etc. It is no longer possible to get any schematics for the Sony Xperia phones since Sony does no longer support those. You can start with a new battery and re-evaluate. If that does not work you will have to disassemble your phone and take a look for any obvious damaged components.
