Xbox 360 slim immediately gives overheating error

Hi, whenever I turn my Xbox 360 on it gives me an overheating error. I took it apart and tried to dust it, but nothing changed.

Other than that, try replacing thermal pads, or thermal paste on the CPU/GPU(There the same thing on a console. (basically integrated graphics)
