Any guides on replacing a) Touchpad flex cable and b) USB-C flex cable

I disconnected the Touchpad cable because it had stopped working. I reconnected it but now the keyboard stopped working AND the display works only intermittently. How hard have I f*cked myself and can I fix this by buying a replacement flex cable? Also, while opening the bottom cover for the nth time I snapped the USB-C flex cable (ugh).

Are there more detailed repair guides anywhere? Nothing on iFixit. Thanks in advance!
