Replaced the battery and my screen keeps flashing off and on

My Screen on my Samsung Galaxy Camera 2 kept flickering off and on and dying so I bought a new battery and now the screen still keeps flickering off and on?

How many batteries have you tried already?

Just one because I wasn't sure if that was the issue? I bought it off of Amazon.

Right now I have the old battery in and the screen went black but the zoom lense is working??

It sounds like you are saying the screen doesn't come on, but it powers on, is that correct? Have you tried taking pictures with a black screen.
