Washer will go though a full load then in about 5 mins or less it will start washing again all ready did a cycle check by turning the dial and going through that and still does it is there a way you can do a factory reset on it or what else can we do

To do a factory reset, unplug it for five minutes.
Next I would replace the timer . That failing, you're looking at the control board.

I have this problem too. My Kenmore will show cycle complete but if left unattended it will go to sensing and start filling up again. If you unplug it, it will resume sensing after you plug it in. I have to do a 3sec press to cancel.
Error codes show no problem. Had previously cleared block from drain pump. I then did a recalibrate and ran auto test with no errors. What gives?
