Screen died. Replaced the Screen. New screen also blank, black.

Dropped my phone in the pool. Dried it out by forced air and put it in a bag of rice for a day. Screen went blank. No light. No images. Phone works when charged, or at least I get audible notifications.

Replaced the LCD.

But before gluing the LCD back into the case/phone, I charged the phone and it has the same behavior. Phone works but there is no light/image on the LCD with the new one either.

Any ideas on what I can do next? Can it be fixed?
