My jbl xtreme power connection as seen in the pictures has came undone. I can push it back into it slot and occasionally it will get a connection and turn on. It doesn't seem to keep connection. So my question is how would I go about fixing this? Could I fix this myself with little electronic repair knowledge and how? Would it be easier to just take it to a repair shop?

Hi!
You need to insert the ribbon into the slot and then also push the brown part of the connector that secures the cable inward, until you can no longer *easily* pull out the cable.
