After change screen , the mic on loud seaker not working?

Hi Guys, i have replace the zenfone 3 . I accidently rip off the little part on the audio jack . and earpiece is fall apart but still can hear .

After that my zenfone 3 mic only work if i speak normal when my face near the earpiece

But put on loudspeaker , people on the other side cant hear me at all.

Does it because of the audiojack ?
