phone wont power on after factorty reset attempt

i just recently tried to restore some pics that got deleted and wen i couldnt find em i tried facorty reset method and when it started it lost power now the phone wont turn on or go to the factory reset stage anymore im completly lost what can i do to get my phone back on please some one help me
