Turns on, no sound coming from speaker at all.

I was listening to music with my Jbl charge 2+ and it just cut out midway through a song. It powers up and charges but not one sound comes out of it, not when turning on, off, connecting to Bluetooth or playing a song. There's 0 sound, what could be causing it? There's a video that potentially could help but it's in Russian. Anyone able to explain in English what the probable cause is?
