Can I include a fuse in the generic USB car charger?
Bought a generic USB car charger. Can I just purchase one and include it in the charger? If so what amperage?

The car charger was either designed to take a fuse or it was not.
If it isn't, you can't easily add one unless you take it all apart and modify it yourself (if it is even possible at all).

I originally had the pink one which came with a fuse similar to what is pictured. However the fuse was lost because the tip of the charger was removed and it popped out. I bought the white one which came without a fuse. My question is what amperage fuse should I get to replace the lost fuse? The second question was if I could add a fuse to the white one as a safety measure,bearing in mind the fuse is simply inserted into the top of the charger.
