battery is not charging when connected with usbc multiple port

hi

my macbook 12 inch 2015 is not charging when i connect the usbc multiple port

there is a thunder sign on it but when i click on the battery is says not charging .

but when i connect it seperatly with the charger its charging when shut down .

do i take out my battery or what ?
