WiFi and Bluetooth not coming on

hi,

My WiFi and Bluetooth when I switch them on are not working!

After running the self test the 2nd time this happened to my phone. The 1st time I had to reset my phone and it start back working this time nothing I do is fixing the problem.

What can I do? Please help me
