1 - Want to buy and iFixit Toolkit and just want one and done.
2- Specifically need it to replace a 2016 MacBook Retina Display (already have the part).
Which tool kit would cover this for me?
I am looking at the Classic or the Pro, but wasn't sure if the 54 would have all the torx bits i would need for this work. Thanks,

I saw that from the take apart page, what I was wondering was which of the tool kits had all of those parts (except the isolation pick).
Let me refer you to someone on the staff that is more familiar with the contents of the kits before I get surly and tell you to go look @kadan. I'm just a volunteer here.
