Can I replace the 2016 model keyboard with the 2015 model?

I need to replace my whole keyboard , in my macbook 12 2016, I want to know if I can replace it with a 2015 model keyboard, I can't find a modest price for the 2016 model and the 2015 is more accessible. Thank you very much.

Im not sure it will work. Each year parts are different, even if its hard to tell, even the slightest pin connectors will not match.

If iFixit does not have the part, you can sometimes find it on PowerBook Medic and look at the compatibility list. They do list the 2015 but not the 2016 yet so you may have to call and ask.
