Not turning on but charged!

I've got this S6 and I charged it. The charging light came on yesterday with the screen showing it was charging.

Today I've come to turn it on and it wont turn on. The PC wont recognize it, nor does the charging light come on any more.

I've check all connections and start up troubleshooting issues.

The person I had it from had a problem starting it up and it needed flashing again and there was no OS installed.

I'm starting to think its the logic board.

Does anyone have any other suggestions or ideas?
