I have to reset tv each time I turn it on to get any channels

my tv comes up with a no signal message when i turn it on, i have to to do a total reset to get it to work, all is then fine until i turn it off, then have to to do it all over again next time i turn it on

@paulineholt how do you perform the total reset? How long has this been going on and has the TV ever fully functioned? Has anything happened that may have caused this?

@paulineholt, Pauline, If you have setup your TV as per your TV's manual, perhaps some how the TV is set to Demo/shop/store mode, if in this mode will not retain your set up.
