Is it AT&T or another GSM network? If so, they dropped the 1X (2G) network back on January 1st.

Last I checked "Turn on my mobile"was another way to say turn on my data. You shouldn't be a jerk when. People are trying to help you. Besides, your English is so broken how am I supposed to read it?
