My computer is 2 1/2 years old. I got the black screen about a month ago. Took it in and they replaced the battery. That lasted a week and now it is black again!!! Very frustrated with the Toshiba product. What do I do!!

Hey Carlson,
When you say black screen, does the laptop turn on, are the fans spinning, are there any LED indication lights on? If so, let's do some troubleshooting, connect your laptop to an external monitor, if the monitor displays it might be your screen that is faulty. Try removing and or replacing one memory module and see if that boots up. Also try cleaning it, dust may also cause a laptop not to switch on. Try turning it on while plugged in and the battery is out.
