As soon as I unlock my doodle 2 screen, automatically touch starts here and their, sometime apps open automatically, sometimes open 'settings', 'Message' section.

It might due to your unclean oily screen or due to unclean hands.
Make sure above things and its issue didn't solve than its might be hardware issue.
It also due to heating issue avoid using your phone while on charging.
