One side has no sound

One side has no sound. I have used the same sound source with other headphones and the problem is in the QC2 set. The cord has been replaced and the battery is new.

@marksorrels, it is possible that you have a bad driver (speaker) or a bad crossover cable. Remove the earpads, remove the Philips screws to get to the speaker. Use a multimeter to check from the cable end to the speaker cable connection and see if you have continuity. If you do, connect a temporary sound source to the speaker and see if it works. How can I fix the sound in the right ear? addresses the same issue on a slightly different model
