It is trying to boot from the CD when it is not bootable. Try changing the boot sequence and see if this works. Hope that works!

no i dont see the windows boot screen, laptop only comes on for five second and display "SAMSUNG" then switches off and restarts.
this started yesterday, i recieved no message, went into bios to change the boot sequence to boot from cd rom first then that started
