Christina Inglett, Machine may require cleaning/descaling pg.26/27 in manual(1st link below), could be a bent/collapsed hose inside machine, pump may require priming or pump may be failing, Below find trouble manual, shooting guide, disassembly guide. Is water coming through the group head when the portafilter is not in place? If so, try switching to a coarser grind and see if you can get coffee to flow then. If that doesn't help then I'd make sure your coffee basket and group head screen aren't clogged, and if those are fine then you might have a failing pump.
