@rebel1,David, A couple things to check for,Good/fresh fuel proper mix, loosen gas cap and see if engine runs better, if runs OK the vent in the fuel cap is clogged. When fuel filter was change did it fall back to correct position(laying at bottom of tank) or did it get hung up staying upper level of tank(not fully submerged in fuel). Remove spark arrester from muffler and clean(when clogged the engine will perform in this manner) link below show method, If still no go possible dirt in carburetor/weak diaphragm/hole in fuel line or pinched. changed fuel, carb twice, checked spark arrestor, did I mention this weed eater is only a couple of years old and used very little. changed spark plug, twice, changed all tubing including fuel filter, changed air filter twice. What's wrong with my weed eater (SR 225)?
