turn signals on steady with key off
2007 Sportster, ignition is off, key removed, and all 4 turn signal lights are on steady, high beam indicator on. Naturally, if I don't remove the main fuse the battery will be drained completely.

That is truly bizarre, and sometimes I think I've seen it all... Your turn signal module may be defective, maybe got water in it and shorted out. You may also have a bad ground on your indicator bus backfeeding turn signal indicator power through the high beam filament, making the high beam indicator come on. I'd be swapping in a known good TSSM. Please post the resolution, I'm very curious.
