My phone keeps going to the settings menu

I just bought a new Blu vivo XL2 phone and for some reason, maybe 20 minutes after unboxing, it will constantly go to the settings menu. I'll scroll through for 5 seconds and then my settings pop up. I can't even look at my settings really because whenever I click on a tab it goes right back to the beginning.

Is it just a hardware problem that I have to get fixed or can I actually do something?
